Career Possibilities

With a central focus on producing industry-ready employees, the MedTech Talent Accelerator positions students for successful careers in the Canadian MedTech sector. The program was created through consultations with industry experts in Canada to ensure that trainees would have the right skills for the most in-demand jobs in MedTech. Graduates are well prepared to work for Canadian MedTech companies across the spectrum, including large companies and multinationals.

Canada’s robust MedTech sector is largely dominated by Small and Medium Sized Enterprise (SMEs). The MedTech Talent Accelerator focuses on developing graduates who can immediately contribute to this type of company. Canadian MedTech SMEs have traditionally found it difficult to attract and retain talent that can help lead firm growth. To prepare graduates for a wide range of sometimes “blurry” job functions.
